This workshop explains how flower essences and gentle herbs can support emotional and mental balance, offering a doorway into plant‑based healing without overwhelming participants. Positioned within an herbalism series or as an elective during retreats, it enriches the program’s botanical dimension and provides participants with take‑home practices to sustain their well‑being.

Generational Nourishment: Preconception, Pregnancy & Nursing

This workshop weaves naturopathic nutritional science with ancestral impact to support families from conception through infancy. Participants learn how intentional cleansing before conception can influence epigenetic expression and reduce passing on inherited weaknesses, and how to plan diets that sustain both mother and child during pregnancy and nursing.
